Imagine rolling out your yoga mat as the first rays of sunshine flash across the horizon and the sea glistens gently around you. During our yoga sailing trip, the deck of the catamaran becomes your own personal studio in the open air. Accompanied by a certified yoga instructor, you will enjoy one or two sessions per day – an activating session in the morning to wake up the body and a relaxing practice in the evening, often at sunset on the beach or on board. It makes absolutely no difference whether you have been practising yoga for years or are on the mat for the very first time; the exercises are individually adapted to the level of the group. Far away from the hustle and bustle, noise and busy schedules, you will find the peace and quiet to take a deep breath and focus on yourself again. The gentle rocking of the boat and the sound of the waves help you to switch off completely and find a deep inner balance that is often lost in everyday life.

In addition to the yoga sessions, this vacation is a voyage of discovery through the most beautiful corners of the Mediterranean, which you can only experience from the water. Your experienced skipper will navigate you safely to hidden bays with turquoise waters, which are often only accessible by boat and are perfect for undisturbed meditation sessions or extensive swimming laps. But there's no shortage of indulgence either: together with your crew, you prepare healthy, delicious meals in the galley – often vegetarian, fresh and regional, as befits the yogic way of life. You stroll through local markets, discover small harbor towns and let yourself be infected by the Mediterranean serenity. This trip is the ideal combination of activity while sailing, where you are welcome to take the helm yourself, and total relaxation during yoga. You will realize how easy it is to recharge your batteries in harmony with the elements of wind and water and return home with a completely new body feeling.
